A Story
We moved up every year and were PRIMVS up to our  senior years. A PRIMVS in our school was not the student with the highest grades. Others  were much better at that sort of thing than we. Someone was made PRIMVS because the authorities expected them to be a good influence on the rest of the class. As PRIMVS we had the keys to the cabinet where examination papers, chalk and so on were kept. Some people stayed PRIMVS and were later rightfully hanged as such.

For us, the situation changed: we do performance art.

And that’s why we are here: to put danger back into contemporary performance art(CPA). Fans love the thrill of coming to our shows, knowing that their lives are in danger.  Let’s use CPA as a weapon against society, the government, fascism and sexism – CPA is the fury from within you. CPA is revenge. CPA is your enemy. We will do whatever it takes: if someone is in our way, we take them out. Maybe we will consider you allies because you are strong enough to resist till the end of the show. There are no rules or limits in CPA, because when you establish limits there is no CPA.

Eine Geschichte

Jedes Jahr in der Zeit als wir noch junge und unschuldige Oberschüler waren, war es uns leicht die Prüfungen zu bestehen und kamen immer in der nächste Schulklasse weiter. Wir waren PRIMVS bis zur Abschlußklasse. Ein_e PRIMVS in unserem Gymnasium war nicht der/diejenige, die/der den besten Noten bekam, sonst hätten wir nie PRIMVS werden können. Andere waren viel mehr begabt und vernünftig als wir. Die Behörden der Schüle wählten jährlich jemanden aus, der_die eine pflichtbewußte und positive Einfluß auf die jeweilige Kommilitonen hat. Als PRIMVS bekamen wir die Schrankschlüsseln, wo die Klausuren und andere entscheidende Papiere so wie Kreide legten. Einige sind PRIMVS geblieben und als solche wurden sie später rechtmäßig erhängt.

Bei uns veränderte sich die Situation, wir machen Performance Kunst.

Deshalb sind wir da, um Gefahr wieder in der zeitgenössischen Performance Kunst (CPA) reinzubringen. Die Fans mögen sehr der Nervenkitzel, den bei unserer Performances anwesend spürbar ist. Lassen uns CPA als Waffe an der Gesellschaft und Regierung, dem Faschismus und Sexismus anwenden – CPA ist unser Wut, unsere Rache, unser Feind und wir sind auch der Feind. Wir verwenden alles Mögliche, um unsere Feinde beiseitigen zu können. Vielleicht werdet Ihr unsere Alliierten, weil Ihr stark genug seid, um das Stuck zu überleben. Bei CPA gibt es keine Regeln oder Beschränkungen, da wenn Grenzen aufgestellt würden, kann kein CPA stattfinden.

Performance action:  Two characters spout part fascist/racist/sexist ideology part mundane and egocentric personal matter. The audience listens and some are incensed. “This is too much!” exclaimed one audience member. The crowd shouts at the performers. Ridicules them. It is the format of a political rally, a speech in the street, with an elegant nonchalance and stubborn retorts from the two speech-makers. Leni and Alfred continue for twenty minutes. Leni is smacked in the face and both are verbally assaulted.
